Produced Water - Ogarrio Region, Tabasco

Same Ogarrion water in the Field. This water is treated to very strict standards and is further de-oxygenated for re-injection / water flood, re-injection also performed by ARANA / ETM. (2018)

L to R: Raw water settled, After separation and AO, Post Filtration Final Water.

Eagleford Shale Flowback Water

ARANA has spent years treating Eagle Ford flowback and produced water and has perfected the process.

Offshore Mud Barge Cleaning Solution and Byproduct - Port Fourchon, LA

This water is some of the nastiest of the nastiest, being a chemical cleanser and the oilfield waste removed from the sides of mud barges and drill ships, combined into a solution that previously took 3 to 4 months to break down.  ARANA treated this in 15 minutes, total. (2019)

Middle: Raw Water, Left: Finished Water,Right: Backflush Concentrate (still molecularly changed and separated from AO treatment).

Zinc: 2.85 ppm vs Zinc: 0.49 ppm

Arana designed a fully programmed Allen-Bradley automation and control system, capable of safely
operating the entire water treatment system, able to initialize and turn off the system based upon tank levels,
dose pH correcting and oxidizing chemicals and clay-based natural flocculant, and operate the filter bed as
flows and contaminant levels dictate. The Allen-Bradley system has pH sensors to properly dose
sodium hydroxide and KL-7 to reach desired pH and oxidation levels for proper removal of zinc and selenium
while maximizing efficiencies.

KL7 Treated into1 Million gallons of Municipal Water Plant for total removal of biofilms and algae.

Arana maintained an ORP above 700 for 2 hours throughout the entire plant.

Biofilms/algae clumps killed and removed in short amount of time from entire facility, including large concrete storage tanks, weir tanks, lamella with steel plate packs, and media filter tanks.

This is a beautifully designed and operated plant in Acuna, Mexico. (2018)
